    Marcus Hiles – Acknowledging Texas Growth-Focused Policies

    Texas, for its gross domestic product of USD 1,414 trillion, would be the world’s twelfth largest economy, by GDP, if it were a sovereign nation. Property investor and real estate developer Marcus Hiles credits the Lone Star state’s impressive economic success to its dedication to pursuing policies that reduce government regulation and cut spending. He urges other states to follow Texas’s experience that helped the government during the past decade to build an admirable environment for both businesses and residents to flourish in Texas. “We do not have any corporate tax that discourage large business entities,” says Hiles, “and we do not tax personal wages, either.”Hiles notes that the Texas Legislature has demonstrated consistency with its efforts to continually reduce spending growth each time during its regular sessions.
